Structure, Chaos, and Everything In Between
The following structure isn't carved in stone yet, but it's what we’ve settled on... for now. You know how it goes around here, plans get made, restructured, rewritten, scrapped, then quietly brought back like nothing happened. But this time, it’s actually taking shape.
Current Divisions (Our Best Guess So Far)
1. LSOC – Lost Souls Online Community
The heart of the guild. Either way, it’s where everything begins.
Community ranks and cultural rituals
Mentorship and onboarding (yes, even the drifters)
Mental Wellness support system, because being unhinged is only fun until it isn’t.
2. LSDT – Lost Souls Dev Team
The dev crew that makes our chaos functional.
Bot development, web platforms, and internal tools
Building infrastructure that doesn’t implode on contact
Technical problem-solving with minimal screaming
3. XP Daily – Media & News Group
This very page, and more.
Daily updates, creative content, and official comms
Media production and narrative control
Making sure nobody forgets we exist (or what we’re building)
Soon, XP Daily content will be organized into distinct categories for easier browsing and better chaos management. These include:
Confirmed Categories:
Game & Software Reviews – Honest takes, brutal truths, and the occasional fanboy meltdown
Global News – Real-world headlines filtered through a Lost Souls lens
Tech & Tools – From AI tools to indie engines to hardware breakdowns
Opinion & Editorials – Hot takes, bold claims, and the occasional philosophical spiral
Personal Logs – Blog-style entries, story-sharing, rants, and soul-searching
Additional Upcoming Categories:
Lost Souls Updates – Structural changes, division reports, and leadership shifts
Interviews & Spotlights – Conversations with creators, partners, and standout members
Lore & Mythos – Deep dives into the guild’s origin stories, rank lore, and cultural rituals
Guides & Resources – How-to's, walkthroughs, mental wellness tools, and survival guides
Events & Tournaments – Previews, recaps, results, and future matchups
4. GameOps Division
Where the games get organized and the players get rallied.
Game Leaders assigned to each active title
Event planning and chaos coordination
Supporting streamers, creators, and random explosions of energy
We're beginning recruitment for streamers, content creators, and other public-facing personalities with plans to sponsor standout creators in the future.
Tournaments and in-guild events are coming. These will grow into full-scale competitions with prizes, giveaways, and all the bragging rights you can handle
Divisions in Development
5. Esports Division (Coming Soon)
For those who want to turn fragging into a profession and maybe get paid to teabag someone on stream.
Competitive scouting and team building
Tournament prep, training, and possibly yelling in Discord VC
We'll be entering official tournaments, esports competitions, and sponsoring teams under the Lost Souls name
Expect sweat, glory, and probably a few ragequits along the way
6. Server Management Division (Coming Soon)
Because we might as well run our own servers instead of breaking someone else’s.
Hosting, maintaining, and fixing things when they inevitably go down at 3 a.m.
Leadership Moves
Announcing our first formal GameOps leadership lineup:
Toe-knee is now the GameOps Lead. If things get wild, it’s probably his fault now. ((jk jk, its still Damiix's Fault)
Lilhorse is our new GTA V Game Leader
Fyasko is now Game Leader for Rust
These are our first two official Game Leaders and the start of a full roster. Expect more appointments soon, assuming they survive the onboarding process.
Big LSOC Changes Incoming
In the next week or so, the LSOC Discord will get a full makeover. If you log in and it looks like a stranger took over, don’t panic. Or do. It might be more entertaining that way. Either way, this rebuild is meant to cut through the usual chaos and actually make things easier to find and use. Radical idea, right?
Here’s what to expect:
Ranks, roles, and permissions will be completely restructured. Yes, that means some people might have to earn their titles instead of just looking cool.
Voice and text channels will be reorganized. No more hunting for that one chat room buried under layers of memes and nonsense.
Discord’s Community Server features will be activated at last. This means better moderation tools, announcements that actually reach people, and less “Where did that message go?” moments.
Navigation and role clarity will improve, so you spend less time lost and more time doing whatever it is you signed up for.
If you want to move up in the ranks, whether to become a Game Leader, coder for LSDT, writer for XP Daily, or any other vital role reach out directly to Damiix. The opportunity is there if you’re brave enough to grab it.
