As Lost Souls continues to grow, we’re no longer just a gaming guild or content group; we’ve become a structured, multi-division force dedicated to development, community, public engagement, and real-world impact.
This post serves as a full breakdown of our active divisions, ongoing efforts, and the roadmap ahead.
🔷 Mission Overview
Lost Souls is now a coordinated ecosystem with a focus on five core pillars:
Community, Development, Media, Support, and Expansion.
Each division plays a specific role, and all are aligned under a shared goal to build something lasting, innovative, and impactful both online and off.
🧩 Core Divisions of Lost Souls
1. Lost Souls Online Community (LSOC)
LSOC is the backbone of Lost Souls. It anchors our culture and manages the internal framework that keeps everything operational.
Oversees guild structure, mentorship systems, and wellness support
Coordinates events, community logistics, and internal development
Serves as the administrative branch that manages all backend operations across other divisions
2. LS Experimental Division (LSX) (formerly LSDT)
The LS Experimental Division (LSX) is the creative and developmental engine of Lost Souls. This is where all new ideas start and where projects are built before becoming full-fledged initiatives/projects/divisons.
Incubates all new software, tools, and game projects
Tests early-stage ideas and builds working prototypes
Operates a separate Discord server: The Cyber Lab – Lost Souls, which houses all communication, task work, and build coordination for LSX
This separation keeps LSOC streamlined while LSX focuses on experimental and high-output development
3. GameOps Division
GameOps manages our front-facing gameplay, streamers, and events. While it operates under LSOC’s guidance, it functions as its own division with a distinct mission: rally the players and light the fire.
Oversees all official social media accounts
Assigns Game Leaders to each active title
Manages community tournaments, events, and prize competitions
Coordinates and recruits streamers, creators, and influencers
Will launch a formal sponsorship program for standout creators
Tournaments and in-guild events are already in development and will soon include prize support, community challenges, and recognition systems.
4. XP Daily – Media & Content Division
That’s us.
XP Daily is the voice of Lost Souls. We tell the stories, document the growth, and publish content that brings everything together.
Publishes community stories and development updates
Produces videos, graphics, and event recaps
Features interviews with team members across all divisions
Will serve as the Lost Souls newsletter
5. LSGU – Lost Soul Guard Units
LSGU is our only nonprofit division, officially registered as a 501(c)(3). It was created to provide real-world disaster relief and mental wellness support.
Appalachian Guard is the first active unit, originally formed in response to Hurricane Helene
Continues to serve counties and assist with recovery efforts
Merges on-the-ground crisis aid with peer-based wellness outreach
Additional Guard Units will be formed in the future as the division scales
🎬 Content and YouTube Operations
The Lost Souls YouTube Channel is active and continues to serve as our visual hub.
Managed by Damiix, all content submissions are reviewed and scheduled internally
Contributors may submit either raw footage or edited content for consideration
Over time, YouTube operations will shift under XP Daily and GameOps for streamlined publishing and brand alignment. (Maybe)
Damiix also manages all official Lost Souls social media platforms, coordinating updates, announcements, content drops, and creator highlights across channels
Currently active creators include Fyasko, Toeknee, Damiix, and soon to be Mycelium, with more joining as we grow
🚀 Strategic Goals & Future Expansion
As momentum builds, Lost Souls is actively preparing the next phase of growth. These are some of the major initiatives now in development:
Dedicated Lost Souls game servers
Formation of official esports teams under the LS brand
Convention & expo participation with branded booths and team presence
Formal creator sponsorship program with incentives and support
Establishment of physical gaming lounges and esports arenas
Production and sale of Lost Souls branded merchandise and apparel
Launch of The Respawn Fund, offering gear recovery support for members facing hardware loss
Establishment of a custom PC company (name ideas: Vantix Systems, Lost Systems) specializing in high-performance rigs for gaming, streaming, content creation, workstations, and server builds
📝 Notes from Damiix
"I’m currently working on onboarding materials to help get new staff and members up to speed faster.
I’m also setting up my streaming area, which will support more consistent content production and creator collaboration.
I am constantly working on Lost Souls and the future of it behind the scenes.
If you remember a project we discussed or have a new idea worth pursuing, speak up. Many things have been talked about over time, and it’s easy for great ideas to get buried.
This entire system only works if we stay active, collaborative, and accountable."
🧿 Final Thoughts
Lost Souls is no longer just a gaming group; it’s becoming a platform, a support system, and a creative force. Every division has its place, and every member has a role to play.
We are building something that can last.
If you're unclear on your responsibilities, where your work fits, or what steps are next, don’t hesitate to reach out.
We are more than a community.
📢 Final Note from XP Daily
Sorry for the gap in posts. Life has been hectic as we’ve been setting all of this up and laying the foundation for everything that’s coming. Thanks for sticking with us.
More updates soon.
