We’re thinking about swapping out Lost Soul News for something with a bit more punch. The current favorite is XP Daily.

Why? Because it feels sharper. It leans into the idea of progress, daily grind, and leveling up. Also, it doesn’t sound like we only publish moody essays about broken dreams and dark corridors.

That said, nothing is official yet. We’re asking the community first. Editors, readers, contributors, the random person who only reads headlines what do you think? Is it time for a name change, or does Lost Soul News still hit?

New Platform in the Works

Behind the curtain, we’ve been building something much bigger than the blog setup we’ve been using.

A full-scale, purpose-built news platform is currently under development. This is more than just a website refresh. We’re talking clean design, real navigation, streamlined updates, and an actual structure.

Once live, it’ll be the new home for everything from community updates and development logs to curated content and the occasional Werid report. Our goal is to make reading, sharing, and tracking updates easier for everyone with fewer scrolls, less clutter, and a whole lot more polish.

Still under construction, but making steady progress.

Inksnap Maintenance Update

Not a lot of excitement here, which is a good thing.

A couple of hotfixes were pushed to Inksnap this week. Just basic maintenance. Stability tweaks, bug squashing, and a few quiet background adjustments.

If everything feels the same, that means it’s (not?!) working.

International News Break: U.S. Bombs Iran

In less stable developments, the United States dropped bombs on Iran.

Not much detail yet. The story is still developing and official sources are as vague as ever. We’re keeping an eye on it and may cover it in more depth if it turns into something more than a flashpoint.

For now, consider it a reminder that the world never takes a day off.

Quick personal note to close things out.

I haven’t been around as much lately. Got hit with something sudden and unpleasant. Still recovering, but slowly getting back into the flow. Appreciate everyone’s patience while I recover. LSTD collab has been on hold through the sickness.
